My Story is packed with ample professional experience & much travelling – in short.
Oftentimes, I am told to write a book about it, which eventually I will – in the long term. Here and now, I aim to tell you what is important about me and how it relates to what I do today.
I am an Austrian national with an international soul. A registered management consultant and currently based in Salzburg.
My first career was as Director of Sales & Marketing with Starwood Hotels covering openings, take overs, mergers, troubleshooting in Europe, Africa & Middle East for 10 years.
Then followed postings as spouse of an Italian Ambassador to Sudan, Italy, Vietnam and India. What a privilege to meet people from all walks of life, ranging from heads of states, multinational corporations, diplomats, politicians, spiritual leaders, artists and locals.
Several years of private practice as a naturopathic therapist brought me into the world of personalized nutrition and allowed me to accompany many on their way to better health, my true calling.
Consecutively I transferred to the business side of complementary health and its products distribution to therapists on an international scope. My true calling was coupled with my main attribute – international.
Throughout all these stages of my life, I so often encountered people ‘lost’ when outside of their home country, linguistically, culturally, emotionally, business wise… and this is where I come in today.

My fluency in German, English, French and Italian, an important international network and many years of business experience in the personalized nutritional health ecosystem make me an industry expert.
Results from much personal development work, big doses of empathy and charisma allow me to open doors, where others still keep on knocking. I can apply this for myself, but I can also do it on your behalf. Fear of contact is not part of my vocabulary.
